The package
offered is not necessarily a product of Nuxantara Dive Tours Sdn Bhd.
It may be a product borne of a collaboration with regional dive operators,
trusted and considered reliable by Nuxantara Dive Tours Sdn Bhd. |

Guest(s)
who wish to scuba dive must be a qualified licensed scuba diver certified
by a recognised dive agency. Guest(s)
are required to produce their c-card and dive log book for verification.
Guest(s) will not be allowed to scuba dive if they fail to do so.
Payment is non-refundable. |
| 3. |
Upon confirmation
a non-refundable deposit of 40% from the invoice price is required.
Otherwise bookings will not be held and will be subjected to a first
come first served basis. |
| 4. |
Full payment
is required 1 month prior to departure date. Otherwise reservations
will be auto cancelled. Payment
is non-refundable. |
| 5. |
For departures
less than 1 month from the stipulated trip date, full payment is required
upon confirmation. Payment
is non-refundable. |
| 6. |
Guest(s)
are required to read, fill-up and sign all the necessary liability
release forms before embarking for the trip. The organizer reserves
the right to refrain guest(s) from coming on the trip if guest(s)
should refuse to do so. Payment is non refundable. |
| 7. |
The organizer
reserves the right to alter the package offered without prior notice
before or during the trip, based on their sole discretion. Unforeseen
circumstances such as the weather, sudden state-of-emergency, breach
of agreement by service provider...etc might handicap the organizer's
ability to deliver quality service despite our highest aspirations
to meet the satisfaction level of guest(s). Payment is non-refundable. |
| 8. |
The organizer
reserves the right to refrain any guest(s) from scuba diving during
a trip if the guest(s) should pose as an endangerment to itself, other
fellow divers or the marine surroundings, based on the organizer's
sole discretion. Payment is non-refundable. |
| 9. |
Guest(s)
are entitled to enjoy activities (diving, snorkeling... etc) as stated
and offered in the package selected, taking into account clause no.
2, 8 and 9. If the guest(s) should decide to forfeit any of their
entitled privilleges, there will be no refund borne on the part of
the organizer nor by Nuxantara Dive Tours Sdn Bhd. |

Guest(s)
especially coming from foreign countries outside of Malaysia are strongly
advised to consult or refer to us by e-mail: admin@nuxantaradive.com
or give us a call at +6019-265 1612 to advise us on their travel plans
/ itinerary before placing any deposits for bookings. |
| 11. |
Guest(s)
are not allowed to dive within a minimum of 18 hours prior to flying
as recommended by PADI. |
| 12. |
Nuxantara Dive
Tours Sdn Bhd and the on-site operator will not be held liable for
any complications, injuries, deaths or damages before, during or after
the trip. |
